Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Tustin with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in California may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7 am–10 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Negative 1 Star Review On Wednesday, August 19th around 12:00 PM, I experienced clear discrimination and hostile treatment at the Whole Foods location at the Tustin District Marketplace. I was next in line waiting to put my groceries on the belt when Customer Service Manager Jen opened a line. Instead of taking me, she specifically bypassed me to serve a white customer who was behind me. When I pointed out that I was next, even the customer behind me said, "No, let her go." Despite this, Jen had a stone-faced, angry look on her face with me and dismissively insisted, "No, I picked her first." Because it was completely obvious that she simply felt like she didn't want to serve me, I asked her to call Store General Manager Jesus and decided not to purchase my items until I spoke with him first. I have barely had any interaction with Jen in the past, except last week when I politely asked her to hold an item in refrigeration while I ate breakfast. Even then, she was completely unhelpful, unsmiling, and visibly unwilling to assist. It feels as though she harbors unnecessary anger toward customers, or perhaps her unwillingness to serve me stems from bias. As an Asian customer, being

This Whole Foods is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, with a great selection of produce, prepared foods, and specialty items. The staff overall is friendly and helpful, which makes grocery shopping way less of a chore. Special shoutout to Cam, one of the managers. He always has a great attitude and goes out of his way to help customers. Whenever I’ve had a question or an issue, he’s handled it quickly and kindly. It’s clear he takes pride in the store and treats customers well. Five stars!

I just came from the store Friday, 6/26. This is regarding the salad bar/hot food bar! There was no mixed green lettuce and the romaine lettuce was looking pretty brown and the meatloaf looked old. And this was only at 2pm. I expect this location to be on top of the salad bar! I came to get a salad and left disappointed. I even asked the deli counter guy about it and he kept saying the romaine lettuce and no I said the mixed greens like three times and he wasn’t that friendly. Finally he came back and someone would take care of it. I was so frustrated with the lack of service I just left. And what is with the made to order sushi in the middle? It says you can order fresh made to order sushi? I went and asked if they can make the spicy tuna I wanted fresh and he pointed to the ones that were already made in the freezer. So why in the world have a sign says that they can make it fresh for you? I don’t want the one in the freezer I want one made fresh! Guess I have to find another Whole Foods who have better up keep than this one!

My wife loves this store but your grocery carts are terrible. Worn out wheels that dont turn or roll. The basket is worn and the metal is rusty. I really think they are worse than Walmart. Sad for a high end market!

I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The produce section is especially impressive—everything is fresh, vibrant, and neatly displayed. I appreciate the wide selection of organic and specialty items, as well as the clearly labeled dietary options like gluten-free, vegan, and keto. The staff are friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to answer questions or help you find what you need. I also love their hot bar and prepared foods section—perfect for a quick, healthy meal on the go. Whole Foods might be a bit pricier than some other stores, but the quality and overall shopping experience make it worth it. Highly recommended if you’re looking for fresh, healthy, and responsibly sourced products!
